3. Hosting and Server Log Files

Our hosting provider collects the following data in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits:

  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
  • Hostname of the accessing device
  • Date and time of the server request
  • IP address

The aforementioned data is processed for the following purposes: ensuring a smooth connection, ensuring comfortable use of the website, evaluating system security and stability. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).

Server log files are deleted after 30 days at the latest.

When you contact us via the contact form, the following data is collected:

  • Subject and message
  • IP address (for security purposes)

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in processing enquiries).

The data will be deleted as soon as the purpose of processing no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations exist.
